This ticket you purchase is a revocable license to attend the event listed on the front, and is subject to the following terms and conditions, as well as all venue rules, regulations, and policies:
No Refunds or Exchanges:
This ticket is non-refundable and non-exchangeable. The event date and time are subject to change without notice. If the event is rescheduled, this ticket will be valid for the rescheduled date unless otherwise noted.
Samford Students, Faculty, and Staff:
May be eligible for complimentary or discounted tickets to performing arts events at Samford University. Navigate to Samford’s ticketing platform, select the log-in icon in the top right corner, select “Samford Student/Faculty/Staff” in the lower portion of the pop-up window, and log in using your Samford Sign-On. Please note that not all events offer discounted tickets for Samford students, faculty, and staff. Upon log-in, you will be able to discern the events for which you are eligible to purchase discounted tickets.
Revocable License:
The ticket holder agrees that this ticket is a revocable license and may be revoked at any time for any reason, including conduct deemed disorderly or in violation of venue rules, without refund.
Assumption of Risk:
The holder of this ticket voluntarily assumes all risks incidental to the event, including but not limited to, the risk of personal injury (including death), property damage, or lost or stolen items.
No Re-entry Policy:
Re-entry to the venue is not permitted without express permission from venue management. All patrons and belongings are subject to search.
Prohibited Items:
Weapons, alcohol, illegal drugs, laser pointers, and other items deemed unsafe or disruptive by event staff are prohibited. Clear Bag Policy:
Entry to the venue is subject to compliance with the venue’s clear bag requirement. Only clear bags are permitted. Non-compliant bags may result in delayed or denied entry. Medical exceptions may apply.
Image Release:
By entering the venue, the ticket holder grants permission to the host institution, and their affiliates to use the holder’s likeness in any media, including live or recorded video, photography, or other transmission.
No Commercial Use:
This ticket may not be used for advertising, promotion, contests, or sweepstakes without the express written consent of the host institution.
Ticket Holder Conduct:
Abusive language, intoxication, fighting, and other disruptive behavior will result in ejection without refund. The ticket holder is subject to all venue and university codes of conduct.
Public Health Risk:
The ticket holder assumes all risk related to exposure to communicable diseases. The venue reserves the right to enforce health-related requirements including masking or distancing if required by local authorities.
Unauthorized Resale Prohibited:
This ticket may not be resold or offered for resale in violation of applicable state or local laws.
The institution reserves the right to relocate or reassign ticket holders’ seats at its sole discretion for any reason, including but not limited to facility changes, safety protocols, event requirements, or operational needs. While efforts will be made to provide comparable seating, the institution does not guarantee the same seat location for each event. Relocations do not entitle the ticket holder to a refund or other compensation unless otherwise stated.
ARBITRATION AGREEMENT AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER:
EXCEPT AS PROVIDED BELOW, ANY DISPUTE, CLAIM, OR CONTROVERSY RELATING IN ANY WAY TO THE TICKET PURCHASE OR EVENT—IRRESPECTIVE OF WHEN THAT DISPUTE, CLAIM, OR CONTROVERSY AROSE—WILL BE RESOLVED SOLELY BY BINDING ARBITRATION AS SET FORTH IN THE TERMS, RATHER THAN IN COURT. BY AGREEING TO ARBITRATION, THE PARTIES AGREE TO WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND AGREE THAT YOU AND WE MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST EACH OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS PROCEEDING.
The arbitration shall be administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules then in effect, except as modified by this agreement. The arbitration shall be conducted in Jefferson County, Alabama, unless otherwise agreed by both parties. If this arbitration agreement is for any reason held to be unenforceable in whole or in part, any litigation may be commenced only in a federal or state court located within Jefferson County, Alabama, and the parties each consent to the jurisdiction of those courts for such purposes. This arbitration agreement shall be governed by the Federal Arbitration Act and, to the extent not inconsistent, the laws of the state of Alabama.
